1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Risk Disclosure.
2. Educational Purpose
All content, tools, chats, calls and analysis provided by The Round Table Trading LLC are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment or trading advice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per person.
4. Memberships and Payments
Pro is billed monthly until cancelled. Elite is a one-time payment granting access for three years from the purchase date. Refund terms will be set out here.
5. Community Conduct
Be respectful. We may mute, suspend or remove accounts that harass others, share others' content without permission, or promote unaffiliated services.
6. Intellectual Property
Course materials and brand assets belong to The Round Table Trading LLC and may not be redistributed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Round Table Trading LLC is not liable for any trading losses.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
