1. Information We Collect
Your name, email, phone number, payment status (processed by Stripe), and content you add such as trades, screenshots, notes and messages.
2. How We Use It
To provide the service, personalize your dashboard, connect Elite members with mentors, and send notifications you've enabled.
3. Who Can See Your Journal
Only you. Your trades, P&L, statistics, psychology notes and screenshots are private. The single exception: while you are an Elite member, your assigned mentor can view (but never edit) your journal. Base and Pro journals are visible to you alone. Administrators cannot view any journal.
4. Broker Connections
If you connect a broker or prop firm account (for example through a ProjectX API key), your key is encrypted before it is stored and is used only to read your trade history into your journal. We never place, change or cancel orders. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the stored key.
5. Service Providers
We use Supabase (database and storage), Stripe (payments), Mux (video), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting).
6. Your Choices
You can update your profile, change notification settings, or request account deletion at any time.
